Udi Ledergor
Hi! I’m Udi, Chief Evangelist at Gong, where I helped define and dominate the revenue intelligence category —taking the company from zero to hundreds of millions in revenue and achieving a multi-billion-dollar valuation. As a five-time B2B marketing leader, I’ve built bold, human-centric brands that stand out, challenge the status quo, and drive massive growth.
But my passion for creativity didn’t start in the boardroom—it started on stage. Growing up in Tel Aviv, I performed as a magician, musician, and puppeteer (yes, my stage name was Udini). Those years in the performing arts shaped my approach to marketing, which I see as “creativity in service of capitalism”—the business world’s version of putting on a show.
Today, I’m an author, speaker, mentor, angel investor, and board member. I'm passionate about startups, storytelling, and unforgettable brand experiences. Whether I’m emceeing a Gong event in a red velvet smoking jacket or mentoring up-and-coming marketers, I bring energy, personality, and a touch of magic to everything I do.
When I’m not building brands, you’ll find me enjoying whisky, music, and social activism. I live in San Francisco with my husband, Guy, our three kids—Tom, Noa, and Adam—and our ever-growing collection of pets, including a cat, a bearded dragon, and a chameleon.
